How do I book my first appointment?

Can you clean when I am not home?
Totally. Just call us at 416.551.5261 or email us at [email protected] to arrange the details.
Which cleaning products do you use?
Your products: we will use the supplies you have at home, but will keep tabs on what you are running low on and let you know when products need replenishing. Sometimes, we will offer other and more appropriate options for your consideration. Better bang for your buck type of thing!

Our products: we will work with you to understand which products you prefer and bring everything for you. If you prefer eco-friendly, then we will provide that. If there is no preference, rest assured we use the best products for the most appropriate parts in your home.

How many cleaners do you send?
Depending on the size of your home and your initial assessment, we will send one or a team of two
cleaning specialists to your home.
Will you send the same specialist/team for each clean?
We try our best to send the same cleaning specialist(s) to your home. However, we do not guarantee it. As we keep a file for each individual client, our cleaning specialists will be able to refer to your file and ensure consistency in our work.
Will my first clean take longer than the following cleans?
Yes. We like to get to know your home and ensure the program we design for you suits your needs. On your first clean, we will conduct a pre-assessment of your home to ensure we take into account everything needed to provide the best service out there.
Are pets ok in the house?
If your pets are ok to be around other people, then we have no problems with them either. If your pet is easily frightened, we often recommend that you place them in a crate or contained area to ensure everyone’s comfort and ease. Feel free to chat with us about any pets in your home and your preference.
Do you change linens and do laundry?
Yes, we change linens. Just leave them on the bed and they will be changed.

No, we do not offer laundry service, as we often find this to be a rather personal task in each household.

Are you bonded and insured?
Yes and yes!

We carry $2 million general liability insurance and cover all WSIB premiums. We can
provide proof of all insurance during your home assessment. To ensure client safety and security, our
cleaning specialists are thoroughly screened and required to pass background checks.

How does payment work?
For each booking, we ask for credit card information to secure the appointment. We offer payment by credit card, cheque, e-transfer or cash. Clients paying in cash or cheque often leave their payment on the kitchen counter or somewhere visible in the house.

A hold will be placed on your card at the time of your booking and charged after the cleaning is completed.

Is HST charged?
Yes, HST will be charged on your invoice.
What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
We understand that sometimes things come up and that you may have to cancel and/or reschedule your clean. Please note that 24 hours’ notice (business days) must be given to cancel and/or reschedule your clean. This can be done via email or phone. Voicemails are accepted as they are time stamped.

Should a clean be changed or cancelled less than 24 hours (business days) before it was scheduled to occur, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cleaning cost will be applied.

What if I want a specific task done that is not covered by your services?

What are your hours?
We provide cleaning services Monday to Saturday. Our business/office hours are Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM.

We want you to have the best experience. If you think there is something wrong, call us at 416.551.5261 within 24 hours of your clean and let’s discuss how to make things better!
